¿What happens to my Internet service?
If you access the Internet via your telephone line using a 908 number, for example Terra or Ya.com, nothing will change. Telefónica will continue to bill you for those services at the same price as before you signed up for Talk Talk.
If you have other services, such as ADSL, those services will also remain the same and will continue to be billed from your original Internet provider.
Remember that connections with geographic numbers (91, 93, etc) or connections to 901 numbers, need to be made with a prefix for your operator so that they will be able to bill you using your normal rates.

You will not to have to do anything. We will send you the router ready to connect and start surfing the Internet.

Bill

¿What will appear on my Talk Talk Invoice?
All of the details for calls made on the Talk Talk service will appear on your bill.  These details include free calls, local calls, provincial, interprovincial, international and premium.

¿Why will I receive a separate invoice from Telefónica?
Because Telefónica will continue to be responsible for line rental, they will continue to bill you for that as well as any other service that you have contracted with Telefónica such as Bonos or phone rental. For this reason, we recommend that you review your bill and deactivate those services with Telefónica so that you do not continue to pay for services you do not need.

¿How are my calls billed?
All calls are billed by the second.

¿How do I pay my Talk Talk invoice?
To ensure uninterrupted service, we recommend using our direct debit payment option.
In the event that you do not choose this option when you sign up, we also offer the option to pay with a credit card.
